How are you different from other Web Design companies?

What should I do first?
After our initial Assessment, I can provide you with a written proposal of recommended development strategies and pricing. You may chose to take advantage of a bundled solution in one of our packages, and decide what level of support is most appropriate for you. We can further tailor your requirements by providing development in stages, or some elements now, others later, as your business grows.
Once we have agreed on the work to be carried out, timescale for deliverability, and you have read the Terms of Service, please sign and return by fax the Website Solutions Acceptance Form.

What ongoing support do you offer?
Many web development companies won't be in touch with you after development other than to take your monthly web hosting fees. Their job is done. Not ours. We are about producing results that are part of your vision and strategy.
That's why we offer ongoing monthly support as you implement your on and offline marketing strategies. We have access to resources and knowledge that is hard to find in any one place. I am actively working with some of the guru's of the direct response & internet marketing world - Mal Emery, Pete Godfrey, Andrew & Daryl Grant, Marc Goldman, Scott Dantzer, Mike Koenigs, Chen Tay, to name a few. That's in addition to the global Internet gurus and strategies I have been following for years. Plugging in to this knowledge is priceless.
For clients implementing our e-commerce solution, included in your low monthly fee is on hour of our technical support team time. You can use this how you wish – assistance with building your online marketing campaign, or minor site changes and additions. For any time over this hour per month, the Technical Team Charge Out Rate is NZ$70 per hour plus GST.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, there are no surprises when it comes to charging, and we always receive Clients approval before adjusting any prices due to changes in scope of work required. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, and are subject to change through a revised quote. In a few instances, there is a slight delay whilst prices are confirmed with the designers and developers. This is always noted in the proposal, and confirmation of final price is given before the Acceptance Form is signed and returned to The Results Creator.
The only additional extras we charge:
If you are having a website designed, but not having an e-commerce solution, the monthly hosting fee is $30 plus GST.
Once work has commenced, any meetings are held at a venue determined by The Results Creator. If it is necessary to travel to a clients house or venue, travel fees will be incurred (please refer to Terms of Service)
What's involved in having my website designed, up & running?
Our team of web development experts will work as fast as you provide the information you need to them.
- When you are happy with the terms of service and price structure, we will open a new Design One ticket, which is an online CRM service that enables you to communicate with the developers online. It ensures all correspondence is in one area, and can track the progress easily and without confusion.
- We will then ask you to complete a more detailed technical requirement form. You will be assigned a personal web development specialist who will telephone you to discuss your requirements in person. That way you have an opportunity to ask any questions that may arise, and to help generate ideas for a great look & feel site.
- We will provide you with one or two versions of a prototype website so you can get a real feel of what the end results will look like. This provides an opportunity to amend and change to ensure we provide you a truly effective website.
- Provided we have all the information we require up front, we can generally complete a site design within two working weeks. We will endeavour to have the e-commerce system integrated at the same time to ensure completion in the shortest time possible.
- Upon completion, we run a Quality Assurance Check by an individual team member, to ensure all links, pages, documents, sign up forms etc are working correctly. This double check provides you with the peace of mind you require before you site goes live. This process takes an additional 48 hours.

Why do I need to optimise my site?

Google changes its rules all the time, and it takes a technological savvy person to keep up with the new rules.
